Accessibility / Working standard
The work should be
available to do.
SeeTheWork is designed toward WCAG 2.2 AA. Accessibility is part of the candidate experience, the reviewer experience, and the design of each role simulation.
On this website
The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, high-contrast color treatments, responsive layouts, large touch targets, and reduced-motion support.
In a simulation
A realistic assessment should not create irrelevant barriers. Available tools, timing, content format, and accommodation choices should be reviewed for the specific role before candidates are invited.
Feedback and alternatives
If part of this website is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, email arian@seethework.tech. Include the page and the problem you encountered so we can respond usefully.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is tested as the website and product change. We will document known limitations rather than presenting accessibility as a one-time badge.
