Trust and security
Evidence should be traceable. Decisions should stay human.
Clear rules, inspectable sources, visible uncertainty, and accountable human review guide each simulation. Participant scope and environment-specific controls are confirmed before a pilot begins.
Current security scopeOperating principles
Clear to candidates and reviewers.
- 01
Candidates know the rules
The task, timing, available tools, recording policy, and collected activity are disclosed before work begins.
- 02
Evidence stays traceable
Competency claims link to objective checks, candidate-produced artifacts, and relevant moments in the session.
- 03
Uncertainty stays visible
Missing evidence, evaluator disagreement, and process anomalies are clear to the reviewer.
- 04
Your team decides
Scores and recommendations support review; they do not replace accountable human judgment.
Program controls
What the system shows and what your team controls.
Detailed commitments are agreed for the actual pilot environment. This table describes the operating model.
Competency claims use objective checks, finished work, and cited session moments.
Reviewers can open the source behind a claim instead of relying on a summary alone.
Scores, comparisons, and recommendations summarize demonstrated performance.
Your team chooses which decision aids to use and remains responsible for the hiring decision.
A simulation can include an approved AI tool, another role-specific tool, or no AI.
The configured policy is shown to candidates before the session begins.
Raw session activity and generated artifacts follow an organization-defined retention period.
Retention choices are set for the program and documented before a pilot runs.
The invitation explains the task, timing, tools, accessibility choices, and collection policy.
Candidate-visible instructions are reviewed as part of simulation design.
Optional control
Recorded proctoring is optional and disclosed separately.
What recorded proctoring can include
When an organization enables it, candidates receive a separate disclosure and consent step for the entire display, webcam, microphone, cropped ID, and selfie.
Review is limited to identity and recording checks. Behavioural or biometric inference is not used for competency scoring, and proctoring findings remain separate from the work assessment.
Data, access, recording, and retention choices are documented before a pilot begins.
