This notice covers the public SeeTheWork marketing website. Product and pilot data handling is documented separately for the organization and candidates involved.

01

What this site collects

This website does not provide accounts, analytics, or advertising trackers. The inquiry form collects your name, email, role area, and message. Standard infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, request time, and requested page.

02

When you contact us

When you submit the form, the details are stored in the site’s inquiry database so the team can respond and discuss a walkthrough or pilot. A request reference and submission time are also stored. A daily hashed network identifier helps limit repeated submissions; the form does not store the raw IP address. Please do not include candidate records or sensitive information. In a local preview, submissions stay in the local database and do not send email. You can also contact us directly by email.

After the live website saves your request, your browser sends your name, email, role area, message, request reference, and submission time to FormSubmit, which emails our business inbox hosted by Hostinger. FormSubmit retains form submissions for 30 days and may process network information needed to receive the request. We do not include the hashed network identifier in the notification.

03

Pilot and candidate data

A pilot may involve role materials, candidate invitations, work artifacts, session activity, and optional recordings. The applicable data, access, retention period, and candidate notices are defined before the pilot begins.
